Strumenti di movimentazione

Gli strumenti per il sollevamento e la movimentazione delle lastre sono da scegliere in

funzione della dimensione della lastra e delle attività da svolgere in cantiere presso il

magazzino di stoccaggio, in particolare:

• CARRELLO ELEVATORE CON FORCHE LUNGHE 2,5 MT (ANCHE TRAMITE PROLUNGA).

• BARRE / TELAIO DI MOVIMENTAZIONE CON VENTOSE PER FORMATI FINO A 160x320 CM.

Movimentazione tramite carrello elevatore a forche lunghe

Per una corretta movimentazione di casse e cavalletti è necessario l’utilizzo di

un carrello elevatore a forche con una lunghezza di almeno 2,5 mt, utilizzando

The equipment to be used for lifting and handling slabs should be chosen on the

basis of the slab’s size and the intended activities in the construction site or storage

warehouse, and may be:

• FORKLIFT TRUCK WITH FORKS 2.5 METRES LONG (WITH THE AID OF EXTENSIONS, IF

NECESSARY).

• SUCTION CUP HANDLING BARS / FRAME FOR HANDLING SLABS UP TO SIZE 160x320 CM.

Handling by forklift truck with long forks

For correct handling of crates and A-frames, a forklift truck with fork length at least

2.5 metres is required, with the use of the appropriate extensions if necessary.

Die Geräte zum Heben und Handhaben der Platten sind in Funktion der

Plattenabmessungen und der auf der Bau-stelle oder im Lagerraum auszuführenden

Aktivitäten zu wählen, insbesondere:

• STAPLER MIT 2,5 M GABELLÄNGE (AUCH MITTELS VERLÄNGERUNG).

• TRAGSTANGEN / TRAGRAHMEN FÜR DIE HANDHABUNG MIT SAUGHEBERN FÜR FORMATE

Handhabung mittels stapler mit langer Gabel

Für eine korrekte Handhabung von Kisten und Transportböcken ist ein Gabelstapler

mit einer Gabellänge von mindestens 2,5 m zu verwenden, die Länge kann ggf. mit

Pour effectuer correctement le déplacement de caisses et chevalets, il est nécessaire

d’utiliser un chariot élévateur doté de fourches d’une longueur d’au moins 2,5 m,

sicurezza, verificare che intorno al pallet vi siano spazi sufficienti per le manovre del

Movimentazione tramite barre - telaio con ventose

Per la movimentazione manuale e la successiva posa in opera delle lastre Supreme®,

al fine di garantire sicurezza per gli operatori e integrità delle lastre, è vivamente

consigliato l’utilizzo di barre o telaio di movimentazione con ventose di sicurezza

dotato di carrello per il trasporto (ideali per lastre di formati fino a 160x320 cm).

Su articoli Supreme® di dimensioni inferiori (esempio 120x120 cm) può essere sufficiente

l’utilizzo biventose o monoventose con vuotometro.

To ensure that the slabs are transported in complete safety, check that there is

sufficient space around the pallet to allow the forklift truck to manoeuvre.

Handling by suction cup handling bars - frame

For manual handling and subsequent positioning of Supreme® slabs, the use of

handling bars / frame with safety suction cups (ideal for slabs size 160x320), with

transporter trolley, with crosspieces between the bars if necessary, is strongly

recommended to ensure workers’ safety and prevent damage to slabs.

Smaller Supreme® articles (e.g. 120x120 cm) can be handled simply with the aid of two

double suction-cup lifters for handling smooth or polished materials, or two special

single pad vacuum lifters for handling materials with structured surface.

der Platten nachdrücklich empfohlen, Tragstangen oder einen Tragrah-men mit

Sicherheits-Saughebern zu benutzen, die mit einem Transportwagen ausgestattet

sind (ideal für Platten in Formaten bis 160x320 cm).

Für Supreme®-Artikel mit geringen Abmessungen (z.B. 120x120 cm) könnte die

Verwendung von Doppelsaughebern oder Einzelsaughebern mit Vakuummeter

ausreichend sein.

des barres ou des châssis de manutention à ventouses de sécurité dotés de chariot de

transport (système idéal pour les dalles de format jusqu’à 160x320 cm). Pour les produits

Supreme® de dimensions inférieures (120x120 cm par exemple), des mono-ventouses

ou des ventouses doubles à vide peuvent suffire.

Per movimentare correttamente il pallet sul lato lungo si raccomanda di allargare

al massimo le forche e di posizionarle al centro del pallet, far presa su tutta la

profondità prima di sollevare.

For correct handling of the pallet on the long side, the forks must be widened

to their maximum setting and placed in the centre of the pallet; ensure contact

through the entire depth before lifting.

Per movimentare correttamente il pallet sul lato corto (ad esempio nello scarico

dei containers) è raccomandato l’utilizzo di forche lunghe almeno 2,5 mt, questo

garantisce una perfetta presa e sicurezza del materiale.

For correct handling of the pallet on the short side (e.g. when unloading

containers), forks at least 2.5 metres long should be used to ensure that the

material is held perfectly and safely.

Per preservare l’integrità delle lastre non sovrapporre volumi diversi sulle casse.

To prevent damage to slabs, do not stack items of different sizes on top of

the crates.

1_Le lastre 160x320/120x280 cm devono obbligatoriamente essere movimentate

da due persone con barre / telaio di movimentazione con ventose.

1_Slabs in sizes 160x320/120x280 cm must be handled by two people with the aid

of suction cup handling bars / frame.

2_Prima della movimentazione accertarsi che le ventose siano fissate e aderiscano perfettamente alla lastra.

2_Before handling, ensure that the suction cups are adhering firmly to the slab.

3_Sollevare delicatamente la lastra e appoggiarla sul banco di lavoro, oppure ruotarla in posizione verticale e collocarla sul carrello di movimentazione per la stesura della colla.

3_Lift the slab gently and place it on the workbench, or turn it to the vertical position and place it on the handling trolley for adhesive application.
