Consigli di posa
La posa delle lastre Supreme® richiede condizioni di posa simili a quelle richieste per
lastre in formato e spessore tradizionali. Supreme® richiede l’utilizzo della tecnica a
doppia spalmatura: il collante deve essere applicato sia sul fondo di posa che sul
retro della lastra.
Posa a pavimento su massetto tradizionale
A seguire le principali indicazioni per la fase di posa
Il sottofondo del pavimento dovrà essere stagionato, planare, ben pulito, non gelato
e non eccessivamente caldo. È comunque sempre necessario seguire le istruzioni
dei produttori dei materiali per sottofondi e collanti. La superficie dovrà essere
perfettamente planare per consentire una posa corretta dei prodotti rettificati di
grande formato.
Posa a pavimento su materiali preesistenti
Posa su ceramica, gres porcellanato, marmo e pietre naturali
Verificare compattezza, solidità e ancoraggio del materiale preesistente. Il sottofondo
deve essere pulito da polvere, residui cementizi, grassi, cere e qualsiasi materiale
presente sulla superficie che possa compromettere l’adesione. Per la pulizia del
materiale si può utilizzare una soluzione di acqua e soda caustica, con abbondante
risciacquo finale. In alternativa procedere con abrasione meccanica della superficie.
Rimuovere tutti i residui e procedere con la posa.
Posa su legno e parquet
Verificare compattezza, solidità e ancoraggio del materiale preesistente. Il sottofondo
deve essere pulito da polvere, residui cementizi, grassi, cere e qualsiasi materiale
Posa a rivestimento
A seguire le principali indicazioni per la fase di posa
La parete da rivestire dovrà essere preventivamente intonacata a sabbia e cemento
o con preparati premiscelati specifici. È comunque sempre necessario seguire le
istruzioni dei produttori dei materiali per sottofondi e collanti. La superficie dovrà
essere perfettamente planare per consentire una posa corretta dei prodotti rettificati
di grande formato.
Caratteristiche sottofondo pareti
Le lastre Supreme® possono essere installate su pareti interne o esterne, previa verifica
dell’idoneità del sottofondo esistente. Gli intonaci in gesso e i blocchi in calcestruzzo
cellulare sono generalmente adibiti alla sola posa in interno; gli intonaci a base cemento

Installation Advice
The conditions required for the installation of “Supreme®” slabs are similar to those
necessary for slabs of traditional size and thickness. Supreme® slabs must be laid using
the double spreading method, with the adhesive applied both to the laying substrate
and to the back of the slab.
Installation on floor on traditional screed
The following are the main guidelines to be followed during installation
The floor substrate must be cured, flat, thoroughly cleaned, not frozen and not too hot.
However, it is also essential to follow the instructions of the producers of the substrate
materials and adhesives. The surface must be perfectly flat to allow correct laying of
large-sized rectified products.
Installation on floor on top of existing materials
Installation on top of ceramic or porcelain stoneware tiles, marble or natural stones
Check that the existing material is firm, solid and securely fixed in place. The substrate
must be free from dust, cement residues, greases, waxes and any material on the
surface which may prevent bonding.
The material can be cleaned with a solution of caustic soda and water, rinsing
thoroughly when done. Otherwise, the surface can be mechanically sanded. Remove
all residues and proceed with installation.
Laying on top of wood and parquet
Check that the existing material is firm, solid and securely fixed in place. The substrate
must be free from dust, cement residues, greases, waxes and any material on

Verificare compattezza, solidità e ancoraggio del materiale preesistente. Il sottofondo
deve essere pulito da polvere, residui cementizi, grassi, cere e qualsiasi materiale
presente sulla superficie che possa compromettere l’adesione. Rimuovere tutti i residui
e procedere con la posa.

isolanti tipici dei sistemi di isolamento termico a cappotto, i pannelli isolanti dovranno
essere armati con rete zincata ancorata con tasselli meccanici. Per le specifiche di
rete e tasselli, si rimanda alle indicazioni di posa del fornitore del sistema isolante. Nel
caso invece di supporti misti con telaio in calcestruzzo armato e tamponamenti in
muratura, è necessario intonacare la parete prima della posa, armando l’intonaco con
rete porta-intonaco in corrispondenza della variazione di materiale. Come per la posa
a pavimento, è necessario verificare che il supporto sia perfettamente planare, senza
crepe (in caso di crepe, pulire da polvere e sigillare con materiali adeguati), stabile e
che abbia compiuto il suo naturale ritiro.

outdoors. In the case of plasters applied over the insulating panels used in thermal
insulation jackets, the insulating panels must be reinforced with a galvanised mesh
secured with mechanical anchor bolts. For the specifications of the mesh and anchor
bolts, refer to the installation instructions of the insulation system supplier. In the case
of mixed substrates consisting of a reinforced concrete framework and masonry filling,
the wall must be plastered before installation, reinforcing the plaster with a supporting
mesh over the joints between the two materials. As for laying on floors, it is important
to check that the substrate is perfectly flat and free from cracks
(if cracks are found, remove dust and seal with suitable materials) and firm, and is
cured with completion of its natural shrinkage.

precauzione è da considerarsi obbligatoria in caso di piastrelle con superficie
