elettronica. Nel caso di un malfunzionamento
della ventola si attiva una segnalazione acustica
di sicurezza, si interrompe il rifornimento di
pellet al braciere e avviando il processo di
spegnimento dell’apparecchio. Il prodotto è
dotato di un sistema di sicurezza elettrica
che evita danni nei casi di sovratensione
elettrica.
Il pressostato presente in caldaia controlla la
depressione interna dell’apparecchio e si attiva
se vengono alterate le condizioni di corretto
funzionamento (porta focolare aperta, cattiva
installazione, presenza di ostacoli o impedimenti
nel condotto di scarico, mancata manutenzione,
condizioni meteo sfavorevoli come ad esempio
vento persistente ecc.). Il suo intervento
provoca l’interruzione dell’alimentazione
elettrica alla coclea bloccando così il
rifornimento di pellet al braciere e avviando il
processo di spegnimento dell’apparecchio.
La sonda temperatura fumi è collegata alla
centralina elettronica e tiene costantemente
monitorata la temperatura di esercizio.
Se durante la fase di funzionamento
la temperatura dei fumi supera il limite
di sicurezza prefissato, la centralina
elettronica blocca il rifornimento di pellet
al braciere e avviando il processo di
spegnimento dell’apparecchio; se scende
al di sotto della temperatura minima di
funzionamento, l’apparecchio si arresta e si attiva
una segnalazione acustica di sicurezza.

The operation of the flue gas fan is
constantly monitored by the electronic

The pressure switch on the boiler monitors

The pressure switch is activated if there
is a change to the correct operating
conditions (firebox door open, poor
installation, obstacles or items blocking
the discharge duct, lack of maintenance,
unfavourable weather conditions such as
persistent wind etc.). The pressure switch
interrupts the power supply to the pellet
screw thereby blocking the supply of pellets
to the brazier and initiating the appliance
shut down process.
The flue gas temperature sensor is
connected to the electronic control
unit and constantly monitors the operating
temperature. If during the operating phase
the flue gas temperature exceeds
the predetermined safety limit, the
electronic control unit stops the supply
of pellets to the brazier, initiating the
appliance shut down process; if it falls
below the minimum operating temperature,
the appliance shuts down and an audio safety
alarm is activated.

mauvais fonctionnement du ventilateur,
un signal acoustique de sécurité est activé,

système de sécurité électrique qui
évite tout dommage en cas de surtension
électrique.
Le pressostat équipant la chaudière
a pour contrôler la dépression intérieure
à l’appareil, se met en marche si les
conditions de fonctionnement normal
sont altérées (porte foyer ouverte,
mauvaise installation, présence d’obstacles
ou d’entraves dans le conduit d’évacuation,
absence d’entretien, conditions météo
défavorables comme par ex. un vent
persistant etc.). L’intervention du pressostat
entraîne la coupure de l’alimentation
électrique de la vis sans fin bloquant ainsi
l’approvisionnement du foyer en granulés
et déclenchant le processus d’arrêt
de l’appareil. La sonde de température
des fumées est raccordée à la carte
électronique et surveille constamment la
température de fonctionnement. Si pendant
le fonctionnement la température des
fumées dépasse la limite de sécurité
préétablie, la carte électronique bloque
l’approvisionnement en granulés dans le
brasero et déclenche le processus d’arrêt
de l’appareil. Si elle descend au-dessous de
la température minimale de fonctionnement,
l’appareil s’arrête et un signal acoustique de
sécurité s’active.

Steuereinheit überwacht. Bei
einer Fehlfunktion des Gebläses wird
eine akustische Sicherheitsanzeige
aktiviert, die Pelletzufuhr zum
Brenntopf wird unterbrochen und das
Ausschaltungsverfahren des Geräts wird
eingeleitet. Das Produkt ist mit einem
elektrischen Sicherheitssystem
ausgestattet, das bei einer elektrischen
Überspannung Schäden vermeidet. Der im
Heizkessel vorhandene Druckwächter soll
den geräteinternen Unterdruck kontrollieren.
Der Druckwächter wird aktiviert, wenn
die korrekten Betriebsbedingungen
verändert werden (Tür des Feuerraums
geöffnet, schlechte Installation, Hindernisse
oder Behinderungen im Rauchabzug,
fehlende Wartung, ungünstige Bedingungen,
wie zum Beispiel anhaltender Wind,
usw.). Der Eingriff des Druckwächters
unterbricht die elektrische Versorgung
der Förderschnecke und blockiert
somit die Pelletzufuhr zum Brenntopf,
indem die Ausschaltung des Geräts
eingeleitet wird. Die Abgastemperatur-
Sonde ist an der elektronischen
Steuereinheit angeschlossen und sorgt
für eine kontinuierliche Überwachung
der Betriebstemperatur. Sollte die
Abgastemperatur die voreingestellte
Sicherheitsgrenze während des
Betriebs überschreiten, blockiert
die elektronische Steuereinheit die
Pelletzufuhr zum Brenntopf und leitet
die Ausschaltung des Geräts ein; fällt sie
unter die geringste Betriebstemperatur, wird
das Gerät ausgeschaltet und ein akustisches
Sicherheitssignal aktiviert.

seguridad, se interrumpe el abastecimiento

El producto incluye un sistema de seguridad
eléctrica que evita daños en caso de
sobretensión electrica.
El presostato presente en la caldera se
encarga de supervisar la depresión interna
del aparato. El presostato se activa si se
alteran las condiciones de correcto
funcionamiento (puerta del hogar
abierta, instalación incorrecta, presencia de
obstáculos o impedimentos en el conducto de
escape, falta de mantenimiento, condiciones
meteorológicas adversas como por ejemplo
viento fuerte , etc.).
La intervención del presostato interrumpe
la alimentación eléctrica al tornillo sin fín
bloqueando de este modo el abastecimiento
del pellet al brasero e iniciando el proceso
de apagado del aparato.
La sonda de temperatura de humos
está conectada a la tarjeta electrónica y
supervisa constantemente la temperatura de
ejercicio. Si durante la fase de funcionamiento
la temperatura de los humos supera el
límite de seguridad establecido, la tarjeta
electrónica bloquea el abastecimiento
de pellet al brasero e inicia el proceso
de apagado del aparato. Si es inferior a
la temperatura mínima de funcionamiento,
el aparato se detiene y se activa una señal
acústica de seguridad.

De werking van de rookgasventilator wordt
voortdurend door de elektronische
besturingseenheid gemonitord. Bij
een storing van de ventilator klinkt een
veiligheidssignaal en wordt de toevoer van
de pellets naar de brandkorf onderbroken,
waarmee de uitschakeling van het apparaat
wordt gestart.
Het product is voorzien van een elektrisch
beveiligingssysteem dat beschadiging
voorkomt in geval van elektrische
overspanning.
De in de ketel aanwezige drukschakelaar
regelt de inwendige druk van het apparaat
en wordt geactiveerd als de juiste
werkingsomstandigheden veranderen
(open vuurhaarddeur, slechte installatie,
aanwezigheid van obstakels of belemmeringen
in het afvoerkanaal, achterstallig onderhoud,
ongunstige weersomstandigheden zoals
aanhoudende wind, etc.). De activering
van deze schakelaar onderbreekt de
stroomtoevoer naar de vijzel, waardoor er
geen pellets de brandkorf bereiken en dus
de uitschakeling van het apparaat wordt
gestart.
De rookgastemperatuursonde is verbonden
met de elektronische besturingseenheid
en monitort voortdurend de
bedrijfstemperatuur. Als tijdens de werking de
rookgastemperatuur de vooraf ingestelde
veiligheidslimiet overschrijdt, blokkeert

gestart. Als de rookgastemperatuur onder de
minimale bedrijfstemperatuur komt, stopt het
apparaat en klinkt een veiligheidssignaal.
