ed efficacia. La Certificazione ISO 9001:2015 sviluppata dall’Organizzazione
Internazionale per la Standardizzazione (ISO o International Organization for
Standardization), fornisce linee guida e norme utili nel raggiungimento di standard
universalmente riconosciuti, in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo dei processi.
