Calibration of the circulation volume
Calibration status
The value ZIR07 FLOW RATE CIRCULATION can be determined by means
of an automatic calibration process ZIR06 CIRC. CALIBRATION.
The following can be selected:
n 0: Off. No calibration.
n 1: Manual calibration, reset value to “0” after calibration has
taken value.
n 2: Automatic calibration, each Monday at 2:00 am.
If calibration is active, its status can be followed under ZIR09 STATUS
CIRC. CALIBRATION:
n 0: Inactive – No calibration made to date, or last calibration no
longer valid.
n 1...8: Measurement 1...8. - If measurements 1..4 ok, transfer to 9,
otherwise conduct measurements 5...8 and then evaluate.
n 9: Calibration successful
n 10: Start
n 11: Error – Flow despite pump being switched off.
n 12: Error – Flow rate fluctuation too great when the pump is
switched on.
A maximum of 2 measurement blocks consisting of 4 measurements
are carried out in relation to calibration of ZIR07 FLOW RATE CIRCULA-
TION. If the measured values do not indicated any deviation greater
than the defined tolerance ZIR05 TOLERANCE CALI. CIRC, calibration
was successful and the value is displayed under ZIR07 FLOW RATE
CIRCULATION.
The return flow switch serves to ensure the temperature layering in
solar tanks, for example. The changeover valve VSR can charge the
return water in the tank at 2 different heights.
Parameter SCH04 can be used to enter a fixed value in order to define
the return flow switch independently of the tank sensor.
n TPR <TU1 + 2 K, then VSR active; the return is charged in the
bottom zone.
n TPR> TU1 + SCH01 DIFF. RETURN SWITCH, then VSR off; the return
is charged in the top zone.
This can be used if ZIR00 CIRCULATION MODE is not set to 0.
