PRELIMINARY CHECKS

Prima di procedere con l’installazione dell’impianto

radiante

è necessario assicurarsi che:

• gli intonaci interni siano terminati in tutte le

strutture verticali

• la superficie dove verr

à installato l’impianto sia

asciutta, pulita e perfettamente piana

• le quote a disposizione siano corrette

• le aperture (come ad esempio quelle delle

finestre)

siano chiuse anche con sistemi provvisori

• le condutture elettriche e idrauliche non creino

ingombri o riducano spazio utile

In tale caso si consiglia di installarle lungo le pareti

perimetrali in modo da non intralciare la posa del

pannello isolante. Evitare di intagliare l’isolante per

alloggiare le tubazioni: si formerebbero dei ponti termo-

acustici nocivi. Se molte condutture attraversano il

solaio

è necessario, compatibilmente con le quote del

pavimento

finito, annegarle nel calcestruzzo al fine di

livellare il solaio.

Before proceeding with the installation of the radiant system, it is necessary to ensure that:

• the internal plasters are

finished in all vertical structure

• the surface where the system will be installed is dry, clean and perfectly flat

• the dimensions are correct

• openings (such as window openings) are closed, even with temporary systems

• electrical and plumbing lines do not create obstructions or reduce usable space

If this is the case, it is advisable to install them along the perimeter walls so that they do not obstruct the

laying of the insulation panels. Avoid notching the insulation to accommodate pipes: harmful thermal-

acoustic bridges would form. If many pipes cross the floor slab, it is necessary, compatibly with the

dimensions of the

finished floor, to embed them in the concrete in order to level the slab.

Per i solai su terra, dove siano possibili infiltrazioni

di umidità dall’esterno e dal sottosuolo, si consiglia

la posa di una guaina di impermeabilizzazione o

di un foglio in polietilene (PE) dello spessore di 0,2

mm, opportunamente sormontato (almeno 10 cm),

che dovrà risalire sulle pareti fino ad un’altezza di 15

cm. La barriera al vapore va inoltre prevista in tutti

gli ambienti ove è posato un rivestimento in legno

indipendentemente dalla quota del locale e secondo

quanto previsto dalla norma UNI EN 11371.
